Withdrawal with MTN (WebPay)
Go to the Withdraw menu – Click Here
- Enter the amount in the box below and confirm your password
- Press ‘Withdraw’ and the amount will be deducted from your balance and will transfer directly to your mobile money account.
Note: Minimum deposit amount: 1.00 ZMW, Maximum deposit amount: 20.000 ZMW
Withdrawal with Airtel (WebPay)
Go to the Withdraw menu – Click Here
- Enter the amount in the box below and confirm your password
- Press ‘Withdraw’ and the amount will be deducted from your balance and will transfer directly to your mobile money account.
Note: If you want to withdraw more than 10 000 ZMW, please make sure that your mobile money wallet can hold up to 20 000 ZMW.

Withdraw with Zamtel (WebPay)
Go to the Withdraw menu – Click Here
- Enter the amount in the box below and confirm your password
- Press ‘Withdraw’ and the amount will be deducted from your balance and will transfer directly to your mobile money account.
Note: If you want to withdraw more than 10 000 ZMW, please make sure that your mobile money wallet can hold up to 20 000 ZMW.

Withdrawal with Shop Cash
Go to the Withdraw menu – Click Here
- Choose Shop Cash method
- Enter the amount in the box below and confirm your password.

- Press ‘Withdraw’ and you will get a popup with your withdrawal code.
- Go to the nearest shop, present the code and claim the amount.
Note: Minimum Withdraw amount: 1.00 ZMW, Maximum deposit amount: No Limit
