GENERAL SETTLEMENT AND CANCELLATION RULES

If the outcome of a market cannot be verified officially, we reserve the right to delay the settlement until official confirmation. If markets were offered when the outcome was already known, we reserve the right to void any betting. In the case of any obviously incorrectly displayed or calculated prices, we reserve the right to void betting. This includes a deviation of more than 100% in the pay-out compared to the market average.

If coverage has to be abandoned and the match finishes regularly, all markets will be settled according to the final result. If the outcome of a market cannot be verified officially, we reserve the right to void them.

In the case of an incorrect settlement of markets, we reserve the right to correct them anytime. If a match does not adhere to the generally accepted format (e.g. unusual period length, counting procedure, format of a match etc.); we reserve the right to void any market.

If the rules or format of a match differ from our accepted norm, we reserve the right to void any market.

If a match is not completed or not played (e.g. through disqualification, interruption, withdrawal, changes in draws etc.), all undecided markets are considered void.

The Company reserves the right to cancel and / or to reverse any transactions made after the placing of a bet either at that time or retroactively.

Where there is evidence of a series of bets each including the same selection or selections which were placed by the same person or group of persons, the Company reserves the right to cancel the bets or withhold the payout while the result of such an investigation is pending.

Soccer

Important. All markets (except halftime, first half markets, overtime and penalty shoot out) are considered for regular time only.

If a match is interrupted and continued within 48hr after initial kick-off, all open bets will be settled with the final result. Otherwise all undecided bets are considered void.

Regular 90 Minutes: Markets are based on the result at the end of a scheduled 90 minutes play unless otherwise stated. This includes any added injury or stoppage time but does not include extra-time, time allocated for a penalty shootout or golden goal.

Settlement and cancellation rules

If the market remains open when the following events have already taken place: goals, red or yellow-red cards and penalties, we reserve the right to void betting.
If the market was opened with a missing or incorrect red card, we reserve the right to void betting.
If odds were offered with an incorrect match time (more than 5 minutes), we reserve the right to void betting.
If a wrong score is entered, all markets will be cancelled for the time when the incorrect score was displayed.
If a match is interrupted or postponed and is not continued within 48h after initial kick-off date betting will be void.
If the team names or category are displayed incorrectly, we reserve the right to void betting.

Booking markets

Yellow card counts as 1 card and red or yellow-red card as 2. The 2nd yellow for one player which leads to a yellow red card is not considered. As a consequence one player cannot cause more than 3 cards.
Settlement will be made according to all available evidence of cards shown during the regular 90 minutes play.
Cards shown after the match are not considered.
Cards for non-players (already substituted players, managers, players on bench) are not considered.

Booking points markets

Yellow card counts as 10 points and red or yellow red cards as 25. The 2nd yellow for one player which leads to a yellow red card is not considered. As a consequence one player cannot cause more than 35 booking points.
Settlement will be made according to all available evidence for cards shown during the regular 90 minutes play.
Cards shown after the match are not considered.
Cards for non-players (already substituted players, managers, players on bench)are not considered.

Corner Markets

Corners awarded but not taken are not considered.

Next Goalscorer

Own goals will not be considered for Next Goalscorer settlement purposes and are ignored
All players who took part in the match since kick off or previous goal are considered as runners
All players who are currently taking part are listed. If for any reason an unlisted player scores a goal all bets on listed players stand
Market will be settled based on TV insert and statistics provided by Press Association unless there is clear evidence that these statistics are not correct.

Anytime Goalscorer

Own goals will not be considered for Anytime Goalscorer settlement purposes and are ignored
All players who took part in the match are considered as runners. If for any reason an unlisted player scores a goal all bets on listed players stand
If a match hasn’t finished within 48h after initial kick off all bets are considered void even on players who already scored
Market will be settled based on TV insert and statistics provided by Press Association unless there is clear evidence that these statistics are not correct.

Tennis

Important

In case of a retirement and walk over of any player all undecided bets are considered void.
In case of any delay (rain, darkness…) all markets remain unsettled and the trading will be continued as soon as the match continues.
If penalty points are awarded by the umpire, all bets on that game will stand.
In case of a match is finished before certain points/games were finished, all affected point/game related markets are considered void.
Settlement and cancellation rules
If markets remain open with an incorrect score which has a significant impact on the prices, we reserve the right to void betting.
If the players/teams are displayed incorrectly, we reserve the right to void betting.
If a player retires all undecided markets are considered void.
If a match is decided by a Match tie-break then it will be considered to be the 3rd set
Every tie-break or Match tie-break counts as 1 game

Basketball

Important

Horse Racing

Postponed races

Where a race advertised to be run on a certain date is postponed to any future date: all ante post bets on such race shall stand. within 24 hours after the original advertised date at the same venue, all bets “with a run” shall stand.

more than 24 hours after its initial scheduling, the race shall be deemed to have been abandoned for betting purposes, and bets “with a run” shall be treated as described in rule “Betting “with a run””

Change of venue or track

Where the venue of a race or track is changed from that originally advertised, the race shall be deemed to have been abandoned and such bets shall be treated as described in rule “Postponed races” mutatis mutandis.

Deductions

Where a horse/contestant is withdrawn before or after coming under starter’s orders, all fixed odds bets on that horse/contestant shall be void, and all bets struck as fixed odds on the remaining horses/contestants on the day of the race or “with a run” shall be subject to deduction calculated in accordance with the Rule 4 announcement deduction for Uk racing and South Africa Racing Any bets struck “with a run” after the official announcement of the withdrawal of one of or more horses/contestants shall not be subject to any adjustment unless there are further withdrawals.
Should two horses/contestants be withdrawn simultaneously and both are subject to a deduction on any winning bets, the deduction s shall be applied separately and not simultaneously.
Deductions shall not apply to starting price bets, unless a late withdrawal(s) occurs.

Starting prices and tote odds

In starting price bets, the starting price shall be the last official fixed price disseminated either from the race track or recognized dissemination facility, as displayed on the betting board indicator at the start of the event.
In the event of a late withdrawal where no new betting is displayed before the start of a race, the starting price shall be the last price displayed, subject to the adjustment reflected in the Rule 4 announcement.
Unless otherwise stipulated in the form of limits, any bet placed at tote odds shall be settled in accordance with tote dividends. The bookmaker can however pay more than the official tote dividend, subject to this being agreed to at the time the bet is struck.
In starting price bets and open bets, any limits to actual dividends, odds and payouts which apply, shall be prominently displayed and be made available at all times by the bookmaker.

Open Bets

The following shall apply to “open bets”:

all open bets offered by a bookmaker shall be subject to limits as determined by the bookmaker if any.

Place Only Betting

Place only betting accepted only on tote prices and the places that are paid for each race is accordance with the Tote payed places.

Betting Without

Dead-heat rules apply. Where we offer prices on an event without a nominated selection(s), for settlement purposes the finishing position of the ‘without’ selection(s) will be ignored.
In the event of a non-runner(s) a deduction will be applied based on the price (in the specified ‘without’ market) of the non-runner at the time of withdrawal. In the case of a non-runner(s) leaving only one quoted runner in a ‘without’ market, then bets will be void.
Where there are no finishers in a race, excluding the ‘without’ selections then all bets will be void.

Dead-Heats

Where two selections dead-heat half the stake money is lost and the full odds are paid to the other half. If more than two dead-heat the stake is proportioned accordingly.

Withdrawals Other Than Ante-Post

Where a horse is withdrawn before coming under starter’s orders, or is officially deemed by the starter to have taken no part in the race, then stakes will be returned on the withdrawn horse and winning bets will be returned on the withdrawn horse and winning bets will be subject to deductions.

The maximum payout for any horse bet no matter whether fixed or open is K20,000

General Game Rules

Minimum stake shall be K5 for all bets that Gal Sport Betting has to offer, unless otherwise is indicated on a particular branch. Maximum payouts shall be K2,000,000 (Two Million Kwacha) including bonuses on any given winning ticket otherwise is indicated on company rule on particular sport or product. Maximum bonus will not exceed K500,000 (Five Hundred Thousand Kwacha).

When a bet is played and accepted, a customer/ client is liable to pay the amount which is equal to the stake before the event(s) selected otherwise it shall be void.

The Company reserves the right to accept, decline or partially accept bets proposed by clients, or to make ambiguous bets void, without being obliged to justify its decisions. Attempts by groups of clients or syndicates to exceed any maximum stake and/or maximum payouts may result in all such bets be considered void and the stakes returned.

The client/ customer is obliged to check that the information issued is correct before definitively confirming the bet.

Time of accepting football bets.

Bets will be accepted up to the advertised close of sale time indicated for the particular match. In some cases at the sole discretion of Gal Sports Betting.
Occasionally, tournaments, friendlies, or other matches may have time frames different than two 45 minute halves. Gal Sport Betting doing the best efforts to announce this special playing time before the start of the game. If different time frame not announced… The responsibility to check is on the customer (can be checked on the press association (PA)) and the bets on the game consider in action and shall not be void. If, in a game scheduled for two halves of 45 minutes each, a referee ends the game with an official result with what appears to be a time different than 2 halves of 45 minutes each, bets will have action. If a referee declares a game abandoned for any reason, bets will be void and stakes returned.

Live Betting

If a match is suspended before full time is reached, and not completed in 48 hours, (local time of the match site) Live Betting bets on the outcome of the match are considered void and all stakes shall be returned.
The exception to this is bets that got decision. for example: the 1st half or next goal…. If the 1st half is completed, and the game is abandoned during the 2nd half before full time is reached, bets relating to only the 1st half will have action.
Gal Sport Betting reserves the right to cancel any bet made on an obvious “bad” line even after the match has ended.
Gal Sport Betting does not guarantee that odds will be offered at any specific time during the match.
When a team name is followed by (OT), (OT only) or (ET) this is for the 30 minute extra time period and any time the referee adds to compensate for injuries and other stoppages. It does not include penalty shootouts.
When a team name if followed by “(Pen)” or “(Penalties)” this is for penalty shootouts only.
*bed line – more than 50% difference for the payout from the average odd of 3 other betting companies (for example: bet365, pinnacle and bwin).

Asian Handicap Live Bets

For grading purposes, when placing a Live Soccer Asian Handicap bet, the handicap line and odds displayed are for the match from the point the bet is accepted. Goals scored previously (ie. current score) are ignored for a Live Asian Handicap bet. Unless otherwise specified, all Live Soccer Asian Handicap bets will be settled based on the goals scored in the remainder of the match during Regulation Time. All goals scored before the bet is accepted are not included.

Bets Accepted After Actual Kick Off.

Bets made on full time result after the actual kick off will be considered illegal even if they were accepted by the terminal (agent) and a ticket has been printed. A ticket that includes an illegal bet will be considered void.

Bets accepted on fixtures played earlier than scheduled if the kick-off time of a certain fixture has been officially advanced (played earlier than scheduled) , the fixture will be considered void and will pay as a winning bet with the odd of 1.00.

Results

In the case of football and other sports, bets are settled on the official results published by the press association (PA) immediately after the match/event is finished, if the results not immediately available from the PA the result published by the official governing body immediately the match event is finished by, will be used for setting purposes. In case PA do not publish scores immediately… the score will be taken from sport sites: williamhill.com, Futbol24.com or Flashscore.com (if have different scores will consider 2 out of the 3 sites as the correct score)

Gal Sports Betting makes every effort to ensure that we do not have discrepancies between the fixture data in our official publications and the data printed on the ticket, and between the data printed on the ticket and that recorded in the central system. However if as a result of human error or system problem a bet is accepted with the data on the ticket different than the data recorded in the system, the data in the central system will prevail. By purchasing a ticket the player is deemed to have agreed to accept the data in the central system as core and honest.

Cancelled Tickets

A ticket that’s marked in the system as cancelled even if the cancellation is a result of a human error a system problem will not be entitled to any payment. In some cases at the sole discretion of Gal Sport Betting , the company may decide to refund the player the amount paid for the cancelled tickets.
Tickets Not Recorded In The System
Any ticket not recorded in the central system as a result of human error, a system problem or any other problem will be considered void and the bearer of the ticket will be entitled to a refund of the amount paid for the ticket.
Tickets not recorded in the system after kick-off.
Any ticket that is not recorded in the central system after kick-off of the earliest fixture printed on the ticket as a result of a human error a system problem or any other problem will be considered void and the bearer of the ticket will be entitled to be refunded the amount paid for the ticket.
Tickets Recorded On The Central System After The End Of The Event.
Any ticket that is recorded after the end of the game will be an illegal bet and will be void.

Damaged Tickets

The original ticket is the only valid proof of ownership of a certain bet. No copies of a ticket can be submitted for payment. A Player must keep his ticket in a good condition. Tickets that have been manipulated or worn-out, particularly, but not only, the ticket ID and barcode, will not be accepted as valid proof of ownership and will not be paid.

Duplicate Tickets:

Customer can not win more then the maximum payout per ticket in duplicate tickets (same selections on both tickets).
In case customer (online/retail) win more then the maximum pay out allowed per ticket with more then 1 duplicate ticket combined – the company reserve the right to cancel the duplicate tickets and pay omly for the 1^st unique tickets.

Payment Of Winning Tickets.

Winning tickets will normally be paid after the end of the latest fixture on the ticket. In some rare cases Gal Sport Betting, may postpone the payment, at its sole discretion, in such cases the company issue a notice to the public at its points of payments.

Purchase of a Normal or Jackpot Ticket

By purchasing a normal or a Jackpot ticket, you agree that your first name & photograph may be used for promotional purposes by the Company. You agree to cooperate in connection with the execution of any additional permission or releases deemed reasonably necessary by the Company in order to use your name and photograph for such promotional purposes

Validity Of Tickets

A ticket is valid 60 days from the day it was purchased (the sale date printed on the ticket).
In the event of dispute, the company does not consider valid any printed matter or receipts which do not have their counterpart in the records at the company’s disposal.
The company reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions. Any changes will be published on the notice board.

Errors

Gal Sport Betting makes every effort to ensure that we do not make errors accepting bets. However, if as a result of an error, a bet is accepted at a price (which includes the odds, handicap provision, and other terms and conditions or details of the bet) to establish the correct price, Gal Sport Betting will consider prices available in the general market at the time the bet was made, including the prices offered by other betting houses. Fraud

Gal Sport Betting will seek criminal and contractual sanction against any customer and agent involved in fraud, dishonesty, or criminal acts. Gal Sport Betting will withhold payment to any customer where any of these are suspected. Voids

If a selection in a single bet is made void the stake will be refunded. Void selections in multiple accumulator bets will be as non- runners (consider as a winning bet with the odd of 1.00) and the stake will run onto the remaining selections of the bet.

Kickoff Time

Soccer kickoff dates and times displayed on our website and fixtures are an indication only and are not guaranteed to be correct. If a match does not start as scheduled, and does not start in 48 hours from the original time published (local time of the match site) then wagers on the match will have no action and be refunded.*if ticket that was redeemed (paid ticket) to customer includes game that was postponed and played before 48 hours (not matter if won or lost), customer should not be able to claim the bet on the particular postponed game that was paid for already.

Bets on events that have started will be void unless it is a live-betting event.

Multiple bets which combine different selections within the same event are not accepted where the outcome of one affects or is affected by the other.
The Company reserves the right to refuse the whole or part of any bet and to make ambiguous bets void.
The Company reserves the right to cancel any bets from customers who place money on an event where they are in any way involved, as participants, referee, coach etc.
For the purposes of the odd/even markets – zero goals/points counts as even, unless specified.
Collusion
A number of bets may be treated as being one when a client places multiple copies of the same bet. When this occurs all bets may be voided apart from the first bet struck. A number of bets that contain the same single selection may be treated as being one. When this occurs all bets may be voided apart from the first bet struck. An example would be where 1 particular selection is repeatedly included in multiple bets involving other short-priced selections.
Where there is evidence of a series of bets each containing the same (or very similar) selection(s) having been placed by or for the same individual or syndicate or individuals, the Company reserves the right to make bets void.

By opening an account or using our Services, you represent, warrant and agree that you will comply with all laws, statutes and regulations in relation to your use of our Service. We are not responsible for any illegal or unauthorised use of our Service. By accepting these Terms, you agree to assist us with the compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
It is your sole and exclusive responsibility to ensure that you are fully compliant with all laws relating to online activity and/or gambling in your jurisdiction. We shall in no way accept liability in situations where your use of the Service is in breach of any state, national or international laws.
We reserve the right to close or suspend any customer account without prior notice. You are expected to abide by these Terms at all times and you accept that any breach could lead to penalties including but not limited to account suspension, cancelled bets and loss of winnings.

Customer Accounts

Registering a New Account
To use our Services, you must first register an account. During the account creation process, you will be required to enter your personal details which may include your NRC, full legal name, mobile number, etc. In the event your registration information is inaccurate or incomplete, you will be required to update such information upon request or the account will be suspended and all monies will be confiscated
Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age, are competent to enter into a binding legal agreement, and that you hereby understand and accept all the Terms.

Single Account

You may only register and operate a single account. If you hold more than one account we reserve the right to suspend duplicate accounts.

You may not access the Service by means of another person’s account. Should you attempt to open more than one account, under your own name or under any other name, or attempt to access the Service by means of another person’s account, we reserve the right to immediately close all your accounts and bar you from future use of any of Service.

Passwords

The account registration process will require you to create a username. This username cannot be changed. You must keep this information secret.
Should any customer give away, share or lose his/her account number and/or password, we will not be held liable for any claims that may result from, or regarding that account. Customers are solely responsible for their account transactions and should keep their account information strictly confidential.

Personal Use Only

Our Services are for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree that we are entitled to monitor your gameplay and use of our Service to detect gameplay patterns indicative of professional, non-recreational play. Any professional use of our Service is prohibited

Eligibility

Employees of the Company, its licensees, distributors, wholesalers, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion or other agencies, media partners, retailers and members of the immediate families of each are not eligible to use the Service, and all accounts in violation of this clause will be immediately terminated.

Accuracy

You are required to keep your registration details up to date at all times. If you change your address, e-mail, phone number or any other contact or personal information, please contact us in order to update your account information. All your personal details must agree exactly for you to be recognized as the rightful owner of the account

Dormant Accounts

Your account will be considered dormant if it has not had any activity for 6 months. Account activity is defined as the following: making of a deposit or withdrawal; placement of a bet.
Where your account has become dormant and also has a balance exceeding ZWM 20,000 we shall attempt to contact you with a view to return any remaining funds.

Self Exclusion

You may, at any time, request temporary or permanent exclusion from the Service. To view the various self-exclusion options available, please refer to our Responsible Gaming Policy.

Refusing and Suspending Accounts

We may refuse to register you as a customer or elect to de-register, exclude or suspend you as a customer from the Service at any time, for any reason or for no reason whatsoever.
You acknowledge that we have no obligation whatsoever to provide you with prior notice of our decision to refuse; de-register; exclude or suspend you as a customer, nor are we required to furnish you with any reasons for such decisions.
If we de-register, exclude or suspend you, we shall have the unlimited right to:

withhold payment to you of any contested funds, whether such funds are deposits, refunds, bonuses, free monies, sportsbook credits, pay-outs or the like;

establish the specific criteria with which you must comply in order to be allowed access to the Service (and your account, if applicable); and

furnish information about you to law enforcement agencies (if the reason for such termination, de-registration, exclusion or suspension was fraud or some other form of illegal misconduct), collection agencies and/or intra-group sportsbook/casino databases. You hereby irrevocably authorize us to do so in our absolute discretion.

Placing Bets; Refusing and Voiding Bets

You agree to pay us for all bets that are placed through the Service using your account.
We reserve the right to refuse or limit any bets at our sole discretion for any reason whatsoever. In circumstances where a bet is deemed to be or is declared void by us solely at our discretion (e.g., not as a result of any breach of these Terms), any sum deducted from your account with respect to that bet shall be credited to your account.
Wagers shall only be valid if accepted by our server and subject to these Terms. Until acceptance, no communications from you shall be binding on us and all information displayed on this site constitutes an invitation to play only. Should we determine to waive a rule in the interest of fair play to you, it shall only be for that instant and shall not set a precedent for the future.
By placing a bet, you represent and warrant that you are not prohibited from entering into the bet by any contract, regulation, rule, or gaming board, and that you do not know the outcome of the event upon which you are betting. In the event these reputations are false, your bet is automatically void.
Without limiting our discretion to refuse or limit bets at our discretion, you agree that we may void any bets in our absolute discretion if:

We suspect you have engaged in any illegal activity or any Prohibited Activity (as defined below);

You have breached any of these Terms;

There is a technological error related to the Service, including but not limited to the publishing of erroneous odds, or the placing of your bet;

We have reason to believe that your bet, or the event upon which you have bet, may be subject to manipulation, collusion, match fixing, or other unethical activity; or

Where we are required to do so by law or regulation.

Payment Details

Verification of Bank Details

If you use a credit/debit card and/or a financial/bank account for your transactions, the account holder’s / cardholder’s name must be the same as the name you used when registering your account. Should the name you registered on your account and the name that appears on your credit/debit card and/or financial/bank differ in any way, your account will be immediately suspended. Should your account be suspended, we recommend you contact customer service for details regarding our verification process.
All withdrawals, regardless of the payment method, are subject to audit before being processed. As a result, payment of withdrawals could take up to 2 business days to process.

Updating Payment Details

Updating your payment details will require you to login to the GSB website. It is your responsibility to make yourself aware of the terms upon which your payments are accepted. You are solely responsible to keep abreast of any changes.

No Interest

Any monies held in your account shall not attract interest.

Chargebacks

If we incur any chargebacks, payment reversals or other charges in connection with your account, we reserve the right to recover such amounts from you.
You represent, warrant and undertake that no chargebacks or other payment reversals or cancelations shall be made concerning account without our prior written consent. Credit Checks

We reserve the right to run credit checks on all cardholders with third party credit agencies on the basis of the information provided on registration.

Tax

You are solely responsible for any applicable taxes on any prizes and/or winnings that you collect from your use of the Service over and above taxes collected by us on your behalf. We will deduct applicable taxes from any prizes or winnings prior to payment to you; as a result, you acknowledge and agree that any amounts you receive shall be net of such deductions.

WITHDRAWALS

General Withdrawal Policy

Where permitted, withdrawals will be processed back to the same payment method used to make a deposit on the account. If a financial account and/or credit/debit has been used to deposit funds, the name registered on the account must correspond to the name registered on the account/card. In the case of a request to pay funds via Direct Bank Transfer (DBT), the acquiring bank account must be held in the same name used during registration.
Withdrawals may require multiple transactions over a number of days, based on payment provider limitations.
There may be charges incurred for withdrawals.
We reserve the right to undertake reasonable diligence to verify the validity of any bets, wagers or winnings as a precondition to paying out any wins or permitting player withdrawals.
You can only withdraw funds in excess of your deposit plus money you staked. For example if you deposited K100 and you have played K40, and with that K40 you won K1,000, then you can immediately withdraw only K940. You may withdraw the K1,000 if you have made tickets worth of your full deposit amount.

Identification Checks

Customers must provide a copy of their proof of identity (NRC), The NRC must fully match the registered Nrc number to the last digit, Name and surname. If any customer fails to provide this within 4 weeks of our request, the account may be subject to lock out and winnings and/or withdrawals made, voided. In cases of fraudulent documentation, accounts will be locked and all balances forfeited.
The payment of a withdrawal will only be made to the customer who deposited the funds. You hereby authorise us and our designated agents, as and when we require, to confirm your identity and to clarify your right to use the money that you have betted through our Service. Failing to provide the required documents may have the following implications:

your account will be locked; and

no further gambling will be permitted until we have successfully verified your details.

The entire risk of as to the use, quality and performance of the Service is yours. We make no warranty that the Service will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, that defects will be corrected or that the software or server that makes it available are free from viruses or bugs or represents that the full functionality, accuracy and reliability of the Service as to results or accuracy of any information obtained by you.
We reserve the right to suspend, modify or remove or add to our website any games or software at its sole discretion with immediate effect and without notice. We shall not be liable to you for any loss suffered by you resulting from any changes made or for any modification or suspension of or discontinuance of the Service and you shall have no claims against us in such regard.

Malfunctions

We shall not be liable for computer malfunctions, failure of telecommunications service or Internet connections nor attempts by you to participate in games by methods, means or ways not intended by us.

Reported Faults

We cannot guarantee that the Service will never be faulty, but we will undertake efforts to correct reported faults as soon as we reasonably can. If a fault occurs, you should report the fault by e-mail or in writing to our customer service centre.

Viruses

Handling Errors and Interruptions in Play

Interruptions

We are not liable for any downtime, server disruptions, lagging, or any technical disturbances or disruptions to the game play. We are not liable for any acts or omissions made by your internet service provider or any third party with whom you rely upon to gain access to our Services.
In the event of systems or communications errors relating to the generation of random numbers, bet settlement or other element of the Service, we will not be liable to you as a result of any such errors and we reserve the right to void all bets. Refunds may be given solely at the discretion of Management

System Malfunctions

Where a manifest error, mistake or system failure results in an incorrect odd, line or handicap taken in a bet, the bet, or that part of the bet if it is a multiple bet/parlay will be null and void.
In the event of a website system malfunction all bets are void. We reserve the right to void any winnings that were obtained as a result of hardware/software error or malfunction. We are not liable to you for any loss that you may incur as a result of such suspension or delay.
In the above instances, and all other instances previously mentioned where a bet may be voided, the bet event will be paid at a decimal value of 1. For single bets this means that the customer will be paid back the original bet amount. For multi-bets that the customer will be paid at an adjusted total decimal value where the voided game is adjusted to a decimal value of 1.
Customers found abusing such errors/malfunctions are subject to having their account closed and any deposits and/or winnings forfeited.

Prohibited Activities

General

We intend for our Service to be a fun, safe and enjoyable experience for our customers. As a result, we reserve the right to monitor the site for unsuitable language and behavior, which may result in appropriate corrective action including the termination of your account.

Description of Specific Prohibited Activities

We reserve the right to monitor all customer activity for cheating, irregular play and bad faith. All such activity is expressly prohibited and may result in the immediate termination of your account. Without limitation, the following types of activities are expressly prohibited in connection with our site, Service (“Prohibited Activity”):
The misuse or abuse of bugs, glitches or errors of the Service;
The use of bots or any other form of artificial intelligence;
Hacking, attacking or abusing the Service or any servers, software or other components of the Service;
Using VPNs or other software to circumvent any geographic limitations applicable to the Service;
The use of software to influence or modify the outcome of any of the games;
Match fixing, cheating or collusion;
Participating in, aiding or facilitating criminal activity of any kind;
Fraudulent or illegal activity of any kind;
Abusive chargeback activity;
Attempting to disrupt the Service or circumvent the technical measures employed by us to ensure the security and fair play of the Service;
Any betting activity which we reasonably suspect to be irregular, unfair or in bad faith, including but not limited to equal, zero or low margin bets or hedge betting, or placing single bets equal to or in excess of 30% or more of the value of the bonus credited to their account until such time as the betting requirements for that bonus have been met.

Legal Proceedings

We shall take all necessary measures in case of suspected Prohibited Activity, including the blocking of your account, freezing of the funds and reserving the right to legal proceedings. Any criminal or suspicious activities may be reported to the relevant authorities.

Fraudulent Payment

In the case of suspected or fraudulent payments, including use of stolen credit cards, or any other fraudulent activity or Prohibited Activity (including any chargeback or other reversal of a payment), we reserve the right to block a user’s account, reverse any pay-out made and recover any winnings. We shall be entitled to inform any relevant authorities or entities (including credit reference agencies) of any payment fraud or otherwise unlawful activity, and may employ collection services to recover payments. However, under no circumstances shall we liable for any unauthorized use of credit cards, irrespective of whether or not the credit cards were reported stolen.

Irregular Play

Before any withdrawals are processed, your participation in the Services will be reviewed for any irregular betting patterns. In the interests of fair gaming; equal, zero or low margin bets or hedge betting, shall all be considered irregular gaming for bonus play through requirement purposes. Other examples of irregular betting include, but are not limited to, placing single bets equal to or in excess of, 30% or more of the value of the bonus credited to your account before the betting requirements for that bonus have been met. Limitation of Liability

Exclusions and Limits

We shall not be liable to you or any third party in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, for any indirect losses or damages, including, without limitation, damage for loss of business, loss of profits (including loss of or failure to receive anticipated winnings), business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary or consequential loss (even where we have been notified by you of the possibility of such loss or damage).

Exlusions

Nothing in these Terms will operate so as to exclude any liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury that is caused by our negligence, or any liability which cannot be excluded or limited as a matter of law.

Termination of Account

We reserve the right to terminate your account for any reason whatsoever at any time without notifying you. Any balance in your account at the time of such a cancellation will be credited to your mobile money account/credit/debit card, unless your account has been terminated for Prohibited Activity as set out above. We also, reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to void any winnings and confiscate any balance in your account which includes but is not limited to the following circumstances:

If you provide incorrect or misleading information while registering an account;

If you are not of legal age to gamble;

If you have allowed or permitted (intentionally or unintentionally) someone else to use account;

If you have played in a professional capacity, or in tandem with other customer(s) as part of a club, group, etc., or placed bets or bets in a coordinated manner with another customer involving the same (or materially the same) selections; in this instance, we further reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to restrict the total maximum pay out for the combined total of any such bets, to the equivalent of the maximum pay-out Limits permitted for a single customer (as outlined in the applicable rules).

If you have “charged back” any of the deposits made with your credit/debit card on your account;

If you are found colluding, cheating, money laundering or undertaking any kind of fraudulent activity while using the Service;

If it is determined by us that you have employed or made use of a system (including machines, computers, software or other automated systems such as bots etc.) designed specifically to defeat, disable, cheat, or gain an unfair advantage while using the Service;

If you use or access the Service or your account in bad faith;

If you make statements that are sexually explicit or offensive while using our chat facility, this includes expressions of bigotry, racism, hatred or profanity; or

If we should become aware that you have played at any other sportsbook or online gambling service under any of the circumstances set out in clauses Availability of offers.

-In the event we terminate your account as a result of suspicious or illegal activity, we reserve the right to pursue criminal charges or other criminal or civil sanctions against you, and we reserve the right disclose any relevant information to the authorities or other third parties as may be necessary to pursue any remedies available to us in this regard.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless us, our directors, officers, employees, shareholders, agents and affiliates, our ultimate parent and parent companies and any of our subsidiaries against any and all costs, expenses, liabilities and damages (whether direct, indirect, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive or other) arising from any participation in the Service by you, including without limitation:

The use of the Service by means of telecommunication services;

Use re-use of any materials at, or obtained from, the Service;

Entry to, or use or re-use of any servers or equipment involved in providing the Service;

Facilitating or making a deposit into your account;

Wagering or gaming via the Service through any delivery mechanism offered; and

Acceptance and use of any win or prize at or from us or the Service

Availability of Offers

Eligibility; Offers & Promotions

All offers are limited to one per person, family, household address, e-mail address, telephone number, same payment account number (e.g. debit or credit card, etc.), and shared computer, e.g. school, public library or workplace.

All offers are intended for recreational customers and we may, in our sole discretion, limit the eligibility of customers to participate in any given promotion. We reserve the right to withdraw the availability of any offer or all offers to any customer.

Offer recall

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by, and interpreted in accordance with, the laws of Zambia and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zambia to settle any disputes (including claims for set off and counterclaims) which may arise in connection the creation, validity, effect, interpretation or performance of, or the legal relationships established by or otherwise arising in connection with these Terms.

No legal or tax advice

We do not provide advice regarding tax and/or legal matters. Customers who wish to obtain advice regarding tax and legal matters are advised to contact appropriate advisors.

No arbitrage

You are strictly prohibited from utilizing the Service and our systems to facilitate arbitrage through currency exchange transactions. Where we deem that you have deliberately used the systems for financial gain through arbitrage, any gains will be forfeited and deducted from your balance without warning or notification.

Anti-Money Laundering

Customers are strictly prohibited from using the Service and our systems to facilitate any type of illegal money transfer. You must not use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent activity or prohibited transaction (including money laundering) under the laws of any jurisdiction that applies to you. If we suspect that you may be engaging in, or have engaged in fraudulent, unlawful or improper activity, including, money laundering activities or any conduct which violates these Terms, your access to the Service may be terminated immediately, by blocking your account or confiscating winnings achieved through the above mentioned activities. If your account is terminated or blocked under such circumstances, we are under no obligation to refund to you any money that may be in your account. In addition, we shall be entitled to inform the relevant authorities, other online service providers, banks, credit card companies, electronic payment providers or other financial institution of your identity and of any suspected unlawful, fraudulent or improper activity. You will cooperate fully with any investigation into such activity.

Additional Terms

Publicity

By accepting any prize and/or winnings, you agree to being contacted and asked to consent for your name to be used for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation except where prohibited by law.

Entire Agreement

These Terms represent the complete, final and exclusive agreement between you and us, and supersede and merge all prior agreements, representations and understandings between you and us with regards to use of our Service. We reserve the right to amend these Terms, or to implement or amend any procedures, at any time without prior notice to you. Such amendments will be implemented at the discretion of management and put into immediate effect.

Final Decision for Winnings

In the event of a discrepancy between the result showing on your software and our servers, the result showing on our server shall be the official and governing result.

Currency

The use of ZWM indicates Zambian Kwacha only.

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under the gaming contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control.

No agency

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as creating any agency, partnership, trust arrangement, fiduciary relationship or any other form of joint enterprise between you and us.

Severability

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as creating any agency, partnership, trust arrangement, fiduciary relationship or any other form of joint enterprise between you and us.

Assignment

These Terms are personal to you, and are not assignable, transferable or sub-licensable by you except with our prior written consent. We reserve the right to assign, transfer or delegate any of our rights and obligations hereunder to any third party without notice to you.

Business Transfers

In the event of a change of control, merger, acquisition, or sale of assets of the company, your customer account and associated data may be part of the assets transferred to the purchaser or acquiring party. In such an event, we will provide you with notice via email or notice on our web site explaining your options with regards to the transfer of your account.

Translations

These Terms may be translated into many different languages. If there is any discrepancy between the English language version of these Terms and any other language version of these Terms in the meaning and interpretation of any of the provisions of these Terms, the meaning and interpretation of the provisions under the English language version shall prevail.
